April 09: Well done to Fiona Gammond who has been selected to represent Great Britain at the Munich Junior Regatta in May.

 

Jan 09: Well done to Lily Van Den Broecke, Lottie Howard-Merrill (Gold in the 2- and 4-), Sophie Vellacott who represented Great Britain at the Youth Olympics in Australia.

 

Aug 08: Rachel Jefferies won bronze medal at the U23 Championships in the Coxless four

 

     Well done to Lily Van Den Broecke who coxed the Great Britain Women’s Eight at the Coupe.

 

     At the GB France Match, 6 Headington girls represented Great Britain: Flo Jackson and Florina Cormack-Loyd raced in the coxless pair. The coxless four of Georgia Howard-Merrill, Natalie Mitchell, Jess Hambly and Katie Brown won comfortably.

 

Aug 07: Well done to Lottie Howard-Merrill who raced as part of the Great Britain Junior Woman’s 4- (6th Overall) .

   Well done to Maud Van Den Broecke and Claire Innes who represented England in the Junior Woman’s 2- where they won gold at the Home Countries Regatta.

 

Aug 07: Katie Greaves attended the World Championships in Munich where she won Bronze in the Woman’s Eight thereby qualifying a place for a GB Woman’s 8+ at the Olympics.      

    Congratulations to Laura Greenhalgh who won silver at the World Championships in Munich in the Woman’s Lightweight Quad.

 

At the U23 World Championships one Headington Old Girl was competing:

 

Aug 07: Congratulations to Rachael Jefferies who won Bronze in the Woman’s 4- at the U23 World Championships. At the recent youth Olympics, Rachael won gold in the Woman’s 4x and Woman’s 8+.
