What happens there:

 

1) Pangbourne Junior Sculls (November’ish).

2) HSOBC Training Days.

 

Pangbourne is host to one of our biggest Autumn Term Head Races, the Pangbourne Junior Sculls.

 

FROM OXFORD: Take the A329 towards Pangbourne. After Lower Basildon, cross over a bridge. About 400m after the bridge, there is a left hand turn sign posted Beale Park (this is where parents are encouraged to park).

 

The Pangbourne Boat House can be found on the left hand side as soon as you enter the town of Pangbourne. If you have driven past the train station (on the right) you have gone too far).  

 

Pangbourne have, on occasions allowed us to boat from their boat house which is located about 1km down river (towards Pangbourne from Beale Park). If this is the case, then parents are asked to park at Beale Park and then walk down the toe path to see their daughters. Wellies are advisable! However, unless otherwise instructed, please head to Beale Park.
