Spectating
Parking information for the day has been published on the event website, please see the following notice from the event organisers:
-----------
Special Notes for 2026:
LIMITED PARKING
We’re sorry but there is no space for spectator parking. The Scullery understands that supporters are keen to watch the racing but we just do not have enough tarmac for them to park. The grass areas used for parking in the summer at Dorney are out of bounds in March as they are absolutely saturated from all the rain. Cars carrying competitors will be admitted, but will have to park a long way from the trailer parks. The will be a charge of £15 (cash or card) for cars remaining on site, payable at the entry point. There will be a webcam view from the finish tower on the day.
-----------
I would advise that parents dropping off and collecting rowers use the drop off/collection area shown on the road circulation map below - it is a long walk from the competitor parking area to the trailer.
Policies and Documents
The following documents should be read/reviewed by all girls competing this weekend:
All rowers should also note the boating times for each race on the race schedule.
Any other safety documentation including risk assessments and welfare policy for the event can be found on the event website.
If there are any changes to the information provided above I will email them to parents with as much notice as possible.
