At the Metropolitan regatta HSOBC entered a Championship Eights category as J18s with the two senior quads from the National Schools joining forces in the big boat.

After only one session the day before, the eight came 1st out of the junior 18 eights and progressed to the B final as all categories of women's eight were combined. In the final the eight produced a good race against the other university and club eights and achieved 4th place.

  • J18 eight 4th in B final (1st in J18 eights category)
